We publish the base rental and five fixed packages with everything they include and what they don't. These are indicative prices so you can compare and budget internally; the final quote is adjusted to your layout.

Booking terms

Taxes: All amounts are shown excluding VAT (21%).
Booking: 30% on signing to secure the date; the rest, 7 working days before the event.
Cancellation: More than 30 days: full refund. Between 30 and 7 days: 30% is retained. Less than 7 days: 100% is charged.
Schedule: The blocks include set-up and breakdown. Outside these hours, the additional hour rate applies.
Minimums: Packages priced per person have a minimum of 35 guests.
Always included: 10 Gb WiFi, air conditioning, in-house furniture available, Hi-Fi audio, mixing desk, 4 handheld microphones, 2 lapel or headset mics and an audiovisual assistant.

The amounts on this page are indicative and pending validation with M&F Espai+ management. They help you size your budget; the final proposal is issued once the date, capacity and layout are known.
